Program DescriptionThe goal of this activity is to equip participants with the skills to care for patients and families who are in end of life. Participants will gain insight from the families experiences and interaction with staff during their child's end of life process. The Panel provides an opportunity to honor the children who have passed by allowing parents to tell their story and share memories. Additionally, it will allow participants an opportunity to focus on improvements we can make as a healthcare system.
