Charge Nurse Workshop (2026)
The goal of the charge nurse workshop is to empower participants with essential knowledge and skills for the charge nurse role. It focuses on understanding the responsibilities of charge nurses, managing stress, and enhancing communication within healthcare teams. Participants will also learn to identify their strengths and weaknesses, navigate escalation procedures, implement conflict resolution strategies, and recognize available resources, ultimately fostering effective leadership and improved patient care.
