This 2-day course teaches participants essential skills for navigating crucial conversations, focusing on building trust, creating a safe environment, and using effective communication techniques. Through role-play and simulations, participants will learn to manage high-stakes conversations, ensuring clarity and mutual respect in both personal and professional settings.

Learning Objectives
- Participants will apply the crucial conversations model to identify facts, ideas, feelings, and opinions and demonstrate this through role play.
- Participants will assess warning signs of safety concerns and apply skills to make the conversation safe.
- Participants will analyze methods for building shared meaning and mutual trust and apply these skills in simulation to hold crucial conversations.
