I have been at Children's National Hospital for 5 years and previously worked as a Senior IRB Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  I have also been involved in various aspects of the Research Enterprise such as a study coordinator, researcher and IRB member.  I have been certified as an IRB professional and IRB Manager.  I have conducted numerous studies on Assent, Local IRBs vs Central IRBs and programmatic abstracts regarding obtaining CIP certification and creation of a Jump Start program to quickly onboard new IRB staff members.
