Dr. Tom Choi is a pediatric electrophysiologist at Children's National Hospital who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias. He is a Virginia native who grew up in Charlottesville, earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia before pursuing a career in pediatric cardiology.

He completed his residency at Boston Children's, followed by a cardiology fellowship at Columbia University and EP fellowship at Children's National. After several years on faculty at Nemours Children's Hospital, Dr. Choi returned to Children's National in 2024.

His clinical practice encompasses the full spectrum of pediatric and congenital electrophysiology, including supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias, catheter ablation, and pacemaker/ICD management. His interests include inherited arrhythmias and channelopathies.
