Anand Gourishankar, MD, is a pediatric hospitalist at Children's National Hospital and a professor at George Washington University. He treats various groups of patients with medically complex diagnoses. His research interests include the intersection of Asthma, the Environment, and Climate.

He is a member of the Climate Health Institute at George Washington University. Dr. Gourishankar has a master's degree in Spatial Analysis in Public Health and applies geographical information systems and geospatial analysis to his treatment of pediatric conditions.
