Dr. Tracey Ambrose (Nelsen), AuD, has been a practicing audiologist for more than 18 years.  She completed her training at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital before going to work at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN; where she remained until becoming a member of Children’s National’s team in 2015.  She has been an active member of several research projects and was a member of the CDC’s Zika response team to USVI in March 2018.  Dr. Ambrose has written several publications on topics ranging from patient safety in audiology, cochlear implant outcomes for cochlear implant patients in insurance varying coverage, ABR outcomes, noise exposure in surgeons, and many other pediatric audiology topics.
