Elizabeth Berg is the Clinical and Education Manager in the Department of Transport Medicine at Children's National Hospital (CNH).  In this role she is responsible for the education and clinical practice of the pediatric nurses and paramedics on the transport team.   The CNH transport team manages over 6000 transports each year by ground ambulance and rotor-wing aircraft.  She is the liaison to the Neonatal Transport Team and Respiratory Care Services Department at CNH.  She has been an AHA and EMS instructor for many years and has presented on education and pediatric clinical topics at the regional, national and internation level.  Her areas of expertise include the management of children during interfacility transport, children with congenital heart disease and pediatric mechanical ventilation.
