Course Description
This session serves as the culmination of the fellowship experience, providing nurse fellows an opportunity to present case studies that demonstrate the application of clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, and key concepts learned throughout the program. Fellows will reflect on their learning and professional growth, discuss strategies for integrating new knowledge into practice, and provide feedback to support ongoing fellowship program improvement.
