Leadership in Nursing (RN Team Lead) July 2026
This interactive course prepares registered nurses to function effectively as team leads in the transport setting. Participants will explore leadership roles, apply nursing process principles in transport care, and strengthen communication and decision‑making skills to support safe, efficient team operations.

Learning Objectives
- Differentiate leadership roles and responsibilities of the bedside RN, charge RN, code RN, and preceptor, with consideration of the transport environment.
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, and communicate patient care needs efficiently within a transport team.
- Demonstrate effective team‑lead strategies, including leadership behaviors and communication styles appropriate for dynamic transport situations.
