Participants will explore leadership roles, apply nursing process principles in transport care, and strengthen communication and decision‑making skills to support safe, efficient team operations.

  3. Demonstrate effective team‑lead strategies, including leadership behaviors and communication styles appropriate for dynamic transport situations.
