DOTM Spring Skills 5/2/2025
Overview
The goal of this activity is to review and update on topics and skills frequently used by the transport team. This information includes head trauma guidelines, ingestion guidelines and Sepsis guidelines in the care of patients, to include medications, toxidromes, and respiratory management. It will also include simulation using the knowledge and skills obtained in the class. This will also cover use of equipment and techniques needed in clinical care of patients with head trauma, ingestion or sepsis.

Assess head trauma, sepsis, and ingestions (including toxidromes) accurately in a clinical setting.
Apply appropriate skills and treatments for head trauma, sepsis, and ingestions in a clinical setting.
