This interactive workshop prepares preceptors to effectively support and develop orientees by identifying individual learning styles, addressing barriers to learning, and applying targeted teaching strategies. Participants will practice evaluation and feedback techniques to promote growth, confidence, and successful learning outcomes in the transport setting.

  1. Identify and assess individual learning styles, including common barriers to learning, and apply strategies to effectively address those barriers.
  2. Apply learning style principles to evaluate learner needs and tailor teaching approaches to support orientee success.
  3. Evaluate orientee performance and deliver effective feedback that promotes learning, professional growth, and confidence.
