DOTM Orientation (2025)
Overview
This program is designed to ensure that newly onboarded Department of Transport Medicine (DOTM) staff develop the knowledge, skills, and clinical judgment necessary to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients across the age and developmental spectrum. Through targeted learning activities, case-based discussions, and chart reviews, staff will demonstrate competency in assessing, planning, and delivering care in the transport environment—including patient stabilization and safe transfer to the receiving facility.
