Learning Objectives:
Understand the Concept of Community Benefit - Participants will be able to define what counts as a community benefit and identify key activities that qualify as community benefit.
Learn Reporting Processes for Community Benefit and Strategic Goals for CHNA/CHIP – Participants will gain insights into how to accurately report community benefit activities, understand the strategic goals outlined for the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), and recognize the role of these initiatives in improving health equity
Identify Opportunities for CHAI Affiliate Faculty Engagement – Participants will learn how they can actively participate in and support the CHNA/CHIP process, including specific ways to collaborate through advocacy and community engagement efforts facilitated by the Child Health Advocacy Institute (CHAI)
