Series Description
The Conway Chair Conversations is designed to engage learners in lively discussions and demonstrations about developing research ideas. The learners will share and participate in solving the challenges that can confront a provider from the conceptual idea into a research study. This series features monthly research discussions that highlight different contemporary topics each month. Attendees actively contribute to the discussion and help to shape the ideas and influence their development.

ACCME: Children’s National Hospital designates this live/enduring activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM for physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
ANCC: Children’s National Hospital designates this activity for a maximum of 1.0 LIVE/Enduring ANCC contact hours.
Psychology: Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs. All confirmed participants will earn 1.0 CE credits (Instructional Level, Intermediate Learning) upon successful completion of the learning event and evaluation.
Pharmacy: Children’s National Hospital is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This program meets ACPE criteria for 1.0 contact hours.
Social Work: As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Children’s National Hospital is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 1.0 General continuing education credits.
