Anit Saha, MSHA, MBA, CSSBB, CPHQ is the Director of Performance Improvement at Children’s National.  Her background is in Lean, Quality Improvement, and Project Management.  She currently leads a team of Performance Improvement Consultants with a focus on reducing hospital acquired conditions, improvement methodology training, and overall operational effectiveness.  She has a special interest in embedding and supporting improvement methodology throughout the organization.
