Alisa Cruz is a Quality Improvement Advisor with Rady Children’s Health, where she supports school-based wellness initiatives focused on expanding access to student mental health and well-being resources. In her role, Alisa helps coordinate the planning and implementation of WellSpaces in partnership with schools, districts, community partners, and internal teams. Her work includes supporting school engagement, student feedback, project timelines, design coordination, training logistics, data-informed improvement efforts, and sustainability planning. Alisa is passionate about creating supportive, school-embedded spaces and systems that help students feel safe, connected, and better equipped to access support within their school communities.
