Dr. House is a pain physician and anesthesiologist actively practicing at the Vancouver Clinic in Vancouver, Washington. He also holds an adjunct faculty position with Washington State University Elson Floyd College of Medicine as an assistant professor. He has published in peer reviewed journals for medical ethics regarding pain management and anesthesia care. His research has previously been funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research. Dr. House earned a bachelor of arts in classical languages, mathematics, and chemistry at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned a doctor of medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. From there, he completed his residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in pain medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, in San Francisco, California. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.
