Imani Dhillon is a telemetry nurse at Kaiser San Diego, she earned her BSN from Cal State San Marcos in 2020. She worked as a CNA during nursing school at Scripps and transitioned to being a new grad during the pandemic. She has served her unit as their UBT’s co-lead and was the first presenter for the unit based Schwartz Rounds. She is passionate about patient and nurse advocacy and is always looking for ways to support her fellow nurses on her unit.”
