Alia Fink is the Lead Performance Improvement Consultant at Children’s National Hospital where she has worked since 2014. She enjoys supporting multidisciplinary teams in their improvement projects as they work to eliminate harm to patients, families, and staff. Before working in Quality Improvement, she spent many years as a pediatric ambulatory and bedside nurse.
