I am committed to improving nursing care through nursing education throughout the world. I have over thirty years of diverse nursing experience including hospital, critical care and home health care in the USA, Central America, Sri Lanka and Africa. Clinical training includes emergency/trauma nursing, critical care, medical surgical nursing, pediatric/adolescent nursing and home health care. I am well versed on simulation, the EMR (Cerner and EPIC) Moodle, MS teams, Articulate, Rise 360, Blackboard and Collab. I have been on nursing faculties at University of Phoenix online and University of Virginia, University of Hawaii and currently University of Maryland Global Campus teaching a global health course I designed.
