Rosalyn Manuel, MSN, BSN, CHSE
Rosalyn has been working as a Simulation Education Specialist since 2021, primarily with the PICU and ED. She loves the variety and dynamism of simulation and uses her experiences precepting new nurses and teaching patients and families to inform her simulation facilitation. Rosalyn has been in nursing since 2012, working on various acute care units until she joined the simulation team. She recently authored her first manuscript in Pediatric Quality & Safety on interprofessional simulation-based education and its’ effect on the perceptions of interprofessional collaboration among nurses and doctors. She is currently engaged in a qualitative study examining the experiences of facilitators of the Interdisciplinary Racism Equity and Microaggressions (I-DREAM) training that occurred here at Children’s in 2021-2022.
