- Participants will be able to summarize the purpose, data sources, and methods used in the hospital’s CHNA, and identify the key community health priorities that emerged from the assessment.
- Participants will learn how the CHIP aligns with CHNA findings, outline its main focus areas and strategies, and understand how the plan guides the hospital’s community health initiatives.
- Participants will be able to identify specific ways they can collaborate on CHIP activities.
