Kristen Breslin is the Chair of the Children’s National Institutional Review Board and an attending in the Division of Emergency Medicine.  She completed her fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Children’s National and a Masters in Public Health at George Washington University in 2012.  Her interests include research education and research ethics, and she is currently Research Director for the PEM Fellowship program.
