ForwardCICU RN Professional Development Series
Staff will be provided with comprehensive educational offerings, including simulations and didactic presentations, that will increase their knowledge and understanding of the pediatric cardiac intensive care environment. It will build their knowledge of the patient population and management of surgical and medical patients. Sessions will be provided quarterly with four hours of content and monthly with 1-2 hours of content,
