Forward2025 HemOnc Patient and Family Discharge Education and Nursing Skills Fair
To enhance bedside nurse confidence in the pediatric oncology discharge education process for newly diagnosed patients. This will be achieved through utilization of available educational tools, implementation of a new teach-back method technique, team workflow, and documentation practices.
