Conway Leadership Seminar: Career Pathways and Lessons Learned Along the Way
This activity aims to establish a collaborative dialogue with clinical nurse leaders of healthcare institutions that allows for student clinical nurse practice and provides employment opportunities to our nurse graduates. The mutual goal between academic and clinical nurse leaders for participating in this panel discussion is to identify facilitators and barriers impacting career progression in nursing/healthcare and strategies that aid professional growth and development, nurse retention, and positive patient outcomes.
