NICU Professional Practice Day 09/23/2025
The goal of this activity is to ensure the interdisciplinary team in the NICU is fully prepared to respond effectively to emergencies, including code events and man-made or natural disasters. Through the Professional Practice Day, the team will enhance their knowledge and apply it in simulation exercises, improving their ability to provide safe and efficient patient care during critical situations. The target audience needs to strengthen their emergency response skills, improve teamwork under pressure, and refine their ability to manage high-stress scenarios to ensure optimal patient outcomes in the NICU.
