Kim is a Director of Quality & Safety in the Congenital Heart Center at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital. She maintains her clinical practice as an NP in the CICU and leads resuscitation improvement efforts across the University of Michigan health system. She obtained her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Johns Hopkins University.
