Adam Szadkowski, MD

Dr. Adam Szadkowski graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2011 and began his residency in pediatrics at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2017. Following fellowship he moved to Melbourne, Australia to further enhance his training in transport medicine and cardiac ICU at the Royal Children’s Hospital. In the fall of 2018 he continued another year of cardiac ICU training at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI and following this, he then became an assistant professor at the Medical College of WI in Milwaukee. During his time at Milwaukee, Adam has worked as Associate director of the PICU fellowship and has also taken the position of Director of the 4th year cardiac ICU fellowship and Director of ECMO at Children's Wisconsin.
