Linda Talley is Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC. She supervises the practice of pediatric nurses ensuring safe quality care for patients and their families. Through her 36 years of experience in pediatric nursing at Children’s National, Linda has mentored nurses throughout their career, provided resources so that the best care can be provided, and implemented improvements in care to ensure the optimal healthcare setting for patients and their families. Under Linda’s leadership, pediatric nurses at Children’s have been recognized with three consecutive Magnet designations and recently received their second designation with distinction for their transition to practice program.
