Ligia Moschen Nascente Chanock, MD, serves as a pediatrician at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA, and Stafford Hospital in Stafford, VA. Having previously held the role of chief resident at Children’s National Hospital, she maintains a deep commitment to advancing medical education. Her primary academic interests are developmental origins of health and disease, as well as global health. She lives in Virginia with her husband and son, where she enjoys hiking and baking in her free time.
