Series Description
Physicians and nurses have been historically trained with their own discipline with no opportunity to learn how to care for patients using standardized communication techniques in a safe environment where they can work together to manage a deteriorating patient in the simulated patient. This simulation series provides opportunities for residents and nurses to work through a deteriorating patient simulation while focusing on teamwork and communication strategies in the debriefing.
