Update on Medical Staff Wellbeing Initiatives at Children's National Hospital
Learning Objectives:
- Identify key drivers of professional fulfillment and burnout from the 2025 Professional Wellbeing Survey, with emphasis on leadership support and belonging (Emergency Medicine), retention and professional fulfillment Psychology & Behavioral Health), and efficiency of clinical practice (Adolescent Medicine).
- Examine division-level case examples from Children’s National that illustrate practical strategies for mitigating burnout and enhancing professional fulfillment within clinical teams.
- Describe next steps in the Medical Staff Well-being Initiative at Children’s National.
