Series Description

The goal of this RSS activity is to offer Primary care providers and staff members an opportunity to discuss timely and clinically relevant topics with a quality improvement focus on a monthly basis.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, psychologists, and social workers.

Learning Objectives:

1. Describe new and ongoing efforts to build the capacity of the medical home multidisciplinary care team within the Goldberg Center for primary care.
2. Identify best practice guidelines to address current and emerging clinical priorities
3. Reinforce the benefits of using Quality Improvement methodologies within the clinical practice setting
