Series Description
Many staff members have limited knowledge of processes involved during disasters (e.g. code orange: Mass casualty) and their role throughout the event. Providing hands-on emergency response training will provide staff with the opportunity to learn about and engage in emergency response protocols in simulation-based scenarios so they are prepared in the event of an actual emergency. This may include but is not limited to- knowledge about available resources, emergency exits, and use of med sleds.
