Series Description 

To enhance emergency department staff’s ability to recognize, analyze, and apply evidence-based clinical practices through structured video review of real-world patient care scenarios. This activity is designed to promote clinical judgment, reinforce adherence to current standards of care, and support continuous quality improvement to improve patient safety and outcomes in the emergency care setting.

Learning Objectives

1. Assess the effectiveness of role clarity and task delegation among interdisciplinary team members during emergency situations depicted in video review.

2. Analyze interdisciplinary team communication and decision-making demonstrated in the video review to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in patient safety and workflow efficiency.
