Learning Objectives:

Attendees will learn the psychological framework for interacting and treating patients with disorders of gut-brain interaction that promote increased functioning.

1.Learn appropriate analogies and relevant points of psychoeducation for DGBIs.
2.Learn at least one relaxation response technique.
3.Understand the mechanisms to gradual approaches to increase functioning.
4.Learn one way parents can reinforce functional change for their child.
