  1. Demonstrate effective interprofessional communication during a PACU to PICU transition of care
  2. Collaboratively recognize early signs of pediatric clinical deterioration in the PACU setting and initiate timely escalation, including appropriate interventions and consultation with the PICU team.  
  3. Demonstrate role clarity and shared decision making between PACU and PICU teams to safely manage a high-risk pediatric patient.
