Goldberg Lean Transformation Online Learning Modules
Course Description
The online learning modules provide a structured introduction to Lean principles and tools designed to improve quality, safety, and efficiency in healthcare settings. Through pre-recorded educational sessions, participants will learn foundational Lean concepts such as value stream mapping, root cause analysis, 5S, and standard work. Participants will demonstrate learning through reflective activities and applied use of Lean tools, supporting practical implementation and continuous improvement. The online modules prepare participants to actively engage in a Kaizen event and apply Lean methods to drive measurable improvements in patient care and workflow efficiency.
