Series Description
Pediatric Hospital Medicine providers must know the most current evidence-based practice guidelines for our field, maintain competency in the procedures and skills relevant to PHM, be able to reflect on and devise solutions to unanticipated outcomes and systems challenges in health care delivery, and develop a broad scope of knowledge in the various domains addressed by PHM providers including but not limited to advocacy, education, research, systems and operations, quality improvement and leadership.
