​​​​​​​Padmaja Pavuluri is a pediatric hospitalist at Children’s National Hospital and Associate Professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine.  She has held numerous institutional roles in quality and safety, and currently serves as the Associate Chief of Operations for the Hospital Medicine Division she oversees all things scheduled-related, balancing staff wellness, efficiency, financial sustainability, and overall sanity.
