Series Description
This is the Children's National Heart Center's Critical Event Review where a multi-disciplinary team conducts a Quality Improvement Conference which includes but is not limited to a formal Morbidity and Mortality review, dissection of systems and management issues related to the patient's clinical course and outcome and an identification of follow-up items.
