Emily Black is a certified pediatric nurse at Children's National Hospital in Washington D.C. Prior to joining the pediatric Wound and Ostomy Team in 2023, she spent several years in the NICU as a bedside RN where she also served as a unit champion for the hospital-wide Skin Team. Emily has organized and developed several quality and educational initiatives since joining the Wound and Ostomy Team. She recently received a post-bachelor certificate from Emory University for Wound and Ostomy Nursing and will be sitting for her CWON exams this year.
