Dr. Shi is a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children and adolescents with endocrine conditions. She values building trusting relationships with patients and families and takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to care.

Her clinical interests include pediatric bone health disorders and the management of cystic fibrosis–related diabetes. Dr. Shi works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support children with complex medical needs and to help families navigate both the medical and day-to-day challenges of chronic conditions.

In her academic role, Dr. Shi is dedicated to teaching and continuous quality improvement, with a focus on advancing patient-centered care and improving outcomes for children with endocrine disorders.
