Kaitlyn Gmitro is a licensed, certified genetic counselor at Children's National. She obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Genetics at Clemson University in 2023 and her Master's of Science in Genetic Counseling at the University of South Carolina in 2025. She is board certified and is licensed in the states of Virgina and Maryland. She specializes in general pediatrics, lysosomal storage disorders, and newborn screening.
