Series Description
Behavioral Health grand rounds is a weekly educational presentation for a multidisciplinary group of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and trainees. This series will cover a variety of behavioral health topics with a focus on areas cutting edge topics, fill knowledge gaps, clinical care, equitable care, and health advocacy.

This activity is designed for nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, psychologists, and social workers.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Children’s National Hospital. ACCME: Children’s National Hospital designates this live/enduring activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM for physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
ANCC: Children’s National Hospital designates this activity for a maximum of 1.0 LIVE ANCC contact hours.
Psychology: Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs. All confirmed participants will earn 1.0 CE credits (Instructional Level, Intermediate Learning) upon successful completion of the learning event and evaluation.
Social Work: As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Children’s National Hospital is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 1.0 general continuing education credits.
