1. The learner will be able to describe and apply trauma and burn research to practice; Update and implement trauma and burn guidelines with updated literature
  2. The learner will be able to identify opportunities for improvement in care and apply current guidelines and standards of care to meet patient needs; Identify areas of service weakness and implement strategies for improving trends identified through the PIPS process
  3. The learning will be able to identify appropriate indications, dosing, and timing for tranexamic acid (TXA) use in pediatric patients with traumatic injuries to support evidence-based hemorrhage management.
