Lexi Crawford, M.D., is a pediatric critical care physician and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Critical Care Medicine at Children's National Hospital. She is also the Director of 4th Year Medical Student Elevtives and the Pediatrics Transitions to Residency course director at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Dr. Crawford is double board certified in pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine and completed her medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine and her general pediatric residency at Children's National Hospital. She completed a Chief Residency year at Children's National Hospital before completing her fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Children's National Hospital.
Her current clinical and research interests include medical education, simulation education, interdisciplinary teamwork and antimicrobial stewardship within the intensive care unit.
