Miranda has been with Children’s National for over 10 years, starting her career as a new graduate bedside nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Over the years, she transitioned into the role of a professional practice specialist, where she developed and implemented training programs for nursing staff. Currently, she serves as a Performance Improvement Consultant, driving quality initiatives and process improvements across the organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a minor in Social and Ethics Philosophy, and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus in Nursing Education. With a passion for enhancing patient outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence, she combines her clinical expertise, educational background, and leadership skills to lead impactful quality improvement projects.
